Services

Eight things we do, and the reasons they usually come up.

Most engagements combine three or four of these. The list changes as the work does.

Discovery

Short, structured workshops that surface the real requirement before anyone writes code. Most projects change shape here, which is the cheapest place for it to happen.

Product design

Flows, wireframes and prototypes built to be argued with. We design the awkward states first: empty, error, offline and half-finished.

Web applications

Custom web applications with a front end people can use and a back end that survives contact with production traffic.

Mobile

Cross-platform applications taken end to end, from concept through review and into the stores, with the release process set up so you can ship without us.

Commerce

Online and B2B storefronts wired into the systems that already run your business, rather than bolted alongside them.

Data and reporting

Dashboards that answer a question somebody actually asked, built on numbers you can trace back to their source.

Design systems

A shared visual language, documented and in code, so the tenth screen looks like the first without anyone policing it.

Long-term care

Maintenance, monitoring and unglamorous upgrades. The work that decides whether a product is still good in three years.

Accessibility

Audits and remediation against WCAG 2.2 AA, including the keyboard and screen-reader paths that automated tools do not reach.

How engagements are shaped

Discovery first, always
two days, fixed price, and a written scope at the end of it. It is the cheapest place for a project to change shape.
Small teams, long tenure
the people in the workshop are the people who build it. We keep teams on a project rather than rotating them through.
Handover as a deliverable
the release process, the runbook and the design system are part of what you receive, so continuing without us stays a real option.
